I would like to draw your attention to Explore a new mysterious secret location!. This means that there will be a party room in the mine but it will be members only (which is becoming more common in CP these days). The english page has not been updated for some reason.

Here are a few of my ideas:
1:Something due to the new mission
2:A new room.
3:The “crash” room from EPF.
4:A new mine game.
5:Tunnel.
6:The entrance to the Card-Jitsu Water.
7:The place that its supposed to find the new puffle.
8:The place where is supposed to find the giant squid of the Aqua Grabber.

NEW SERVERS!
Club Penguin has just released new servers that are available! Here is a list of all of the brand new Club Penguin servers.
It looks like Club Penguin is starting to add a lot more new servers! I’m thinking that this is better for Club Penguin because it gives the advantage of more people being able to play, instead of waiting for a certain server to get less populated.

Yesterday Club Penguin said that the new catalog, new pin and fireworks will be able in C.P. But nothing of that is in club penguin.
I think Club Penguin staff drink too much beer yesterday and said "Screw those kids" ='(

Cub Penguin have made a new blog post that there will be lots of new things in cp they specifically mention new rooms and games and a new mission with Herbert the polar bear.
They also posted a silhouette image.
A. Herbert The Polar Bear this means that there will be a new mission (mission 11) in 2010.
B. Giant Squid from Aqua Grabber this could be symbolizing new mini-games or new levels in Aqua Grabber.
C. A Puffle could mean there will be more colour puffles or puffles will be able to do more things.
